[How to make]
① Put the soup stock in a pot and heat it over medium to high heat, then add the spiny lobster. Reduce the heat to low for about 5 minutes and extract the soup stock from the spiny lobster to complete the process.
* Please note that the spiny lobster will harden if it is overcooked.
② Boil water in a large pot and prepare ice water. When it boils, put the buckwheat noodles in a pot, transfer it to a boiled colander for about 3 minutes, and dip it in the prepared ice water. Put the soba noodles in a bowl, sprinkle with soup and add your favorite condiments to complete.
