[Packing ingredients]

・ One half body of spiny lobster Approximately 110g (including shell)

・ Skipjack soup stock approx. 320g

・ Approximately 100g of soba for 1 serving

・ Ise lobster oil about 6g

[Preparation]

・ The day before you eat it, thaw the spiny lobster, soba noodles, and spiny lobster oil slowly in the refrigerator to make it delicious.

・ Take out the soup stock from the freezer just before you eat it, open the seal, and put it in a pan while it is frozen to thaw it.

[How to make]

① Put the soup stock in a pot, heat it over medium to high heat and bring it to a boil, then add the spiny lobster. Reduce the heat to low for about 5 minutes, and when the miso comes out from the spiny lobster, it is complete.

* Please note that the spiny lobster will harden if it is overcooked.

② Boil water in a large pot and prepare ice water. When it boils, put the buckwheat noodles in a pot, transfer it to a boiled colander for about 3 minutes, and dip it in the prepared ice water. Put the soba noodles in a bowl, sprinkle with soup and add your favorite condiments to complete.
